What is Qi Gong?
Qi gong is essentially breathing, movement and meditation. It is also a combination of ‘intention’ plus ‘movement.’
The different movements work from the physical level all the way up to the Spiritual Level.

What is the lineage of these teachings?
The techniques are divinely inspired, yet grounded in Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM. The forms honour the Masters' Lineage of Sensei Ueshiba and Nakazono and were passed down to me during my training with Master Fabien Maman who i studied with for 6 years from 2011 - 2017. Training to become an instructor in 2014, I learned to activate my energy system and empower my physical body into a more Vital State of Being.
