Higher Vibrational Being II is the second stage of your journey towards bringing balance to all five body elements. In this course, you're invited to deepen your practice and explore new exercises to regulate emotions and release trapped energy in the corresponding organs.

We continue to work with the elements and organs of the body, introducing a series of movement exercises such as ‘Crystals Of Qi’ and ‘Anchor Point’ Meditation, which show us how to harness our energy to feel more empowered and resourced in our everyday lives.

  • HVB I introduces Fire (Heart/Pericardium), Air/Metal (Lungs), and Water (Bladder) elements, focusing on foundational techniques to help you establish a solid Qi Gong and meditation practice. This course is ideal for building a daily routine, as it lays the groundwork by opening key meridians and cultivating body awareness through the lens of these three elements.

  • HVB II progresses your journey by working with Wood (Liver/Gallbladder), Earth (Stomach/Spleen), and Water (Kidneys) elements, deepening your understanding of Qi Gong and meditation. In HVB II, you’ll focus on expanding your energetic capacity and connecting more deeply with your emotional and physical health as it relates to these elements.
