Inner Universe Meditation

It’s time to tune in and create some time to re-focus, refresh and look at areas of your life which might need re-configuring or re-calibrating. I wrote and recorded this special 'Inner Universe' meditation using nature’s sounds and positive visualisations, creating a beautiful harmonic landscape with my good friend Tom. The sounds take you to the edge of the ocean and to the tip of a star filled galaxy. A soothing relaxing meditation that can be listened to in the morning or the evening or whenever you have 20 mins to sit back and sink into the deeply textured landscape of your Inner Universe.
