Inner Vision Meditation 11.03.24

During this months meditation on March 11th we’ll focus on the New Moon in Pisces & feel into these last few days as we come out of the Winter and into the Spring on the Equinox on March 20th. Using vibrational toning and visualisation techniques we set aside time to connect more deeply with our inner space.

During Inner Vision Mondays (IVM) we take a moment to stop, listen and tune in. Like a weather report we look deeply at what’s going on for us consciously and subconsiously. Tuning into the energies of growth and expansion as we head towards the power date of 20th March where we cross into a new astrological year and a whole new season of Spring.
